We was established in 1983, Yiu Heng International Company Limited considers two principles to be of particular importance: “people-oriented operation” and “putting customers first”. As a major Asian enterprise, Yiu Heng is mainly engaged in trading, cutting, material manufacturing and specialised manufacturing of household products with common stainless steel, super anti-corrosive stainless steel, and Inconel boards and pipes. The materials we handle have a wide range of applications, and are used in the petrochemical industry, power equipment, desulphurising devices for environmental protection, the electronics industry, sewage treatment, construction, bridges, household appliances, food and medical equipment, kitchen supplies, containers, dining utensils, burning appliances, pipe making and other traditional and emerging industries. Our customers are found across Southeast Asia, especially mainland China, where we have opened branches and offices successively in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuxi, Tianjin, Shenyang, Foshan, Qingdao, Chengdu, Shenzhen and Wuhan. Moreover, Yiu Heng has agency partners in most Chinese provinces and cities, and across Southeast Asia, North America, Europe and the Middle East. Yiu Heng was the first enterprise to introduce stainless steel coils into mainland China to replace boards. With Japan’s JFE Steel Corporation (formerly Kawasaki Steel Corp), we pioneered the introduction into Southeast Asia of non-trimmed coils as a replacement for trimmed coils, significantly reducing waste of resources and lowering production costs, demonstrating the core value of a specialised service company and delivering benefits to a large number of users. In September 2005, together with JFE, Yiu Heng promoted its jointly developed and owned JYH21CT new-generation stainless steel, which is nickel-free, molybdenum-free, high-chromium, and as highly anti-corrosive as Grade 304 stainless steel. In less than a year, this material has come to be applied to wide acclaim in a number of industries. It is also assigned by major purchasing companies in Europe and the United States as a priority material in products on their buying lists, including containers, dining utensils and kitchenware. In light of the instability of global metal markets, an increasing number of industries are using JYH21CT material in place of Grade 304 material. At the same time, together with Nippon Yakin Kogyo Co., Ltd, we actively promoted high-quality and highly anti-corrosive super stainless steel and nickel and molybdenum alloys, especially the newly developed NAS155N, which is highly anti-corrosive, has superior acid-resistance, and strong potential for cost reduction. In 1993, Yiu Heng imported state-of-the-art Japanese stainless steel processing equipment  into China and established the country’s first specialised stainless steel processing centre – Rixin Stainless Steel Materials Manufactory Limited, in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, filling a longstanding gap in the market. Accordingly, a manufacturing base was built respectively in Donghou Industrial Development Field and Folk Enterprise Industry Park in Xinhui, with a total area of over 200 mu (133,300 square meters). The company is engaged in one-stop cutting, formation, merchandising and logistics of stainless steel in various models and to various specifications, as well as boards and pipes made in highly anti-corrosive super stainless steel and high-nickel alloys. Stainless steel processing includes surface processing, shiny side polishing, surface colour plating and plastics coating of cold-rolled thin steel strips, cut strips, flat boards, round-shaped pressed steel and HL/NO：4. Production of first-stage “cold-rolling project (high precision)” stainless steel and metal alloy thin steel strips began at Folk Enterprise Industry Park in 2005. A state-of-the-art stainless steel surface-processing production line was introduced in the same year, realising the goal of an annual total processing capacity of 250,000 tons. The company also acts as the first class agent for a number of large steel corporations, namely Ningbo Baoxin Stainless Steel, Shanxi Taiyuan Steel and Zhangjiagang Pohang Stainless Steel. To meet the requirements of material quality among different industries, the company has provided a guarantee of professionalism and enhanced effectiveness that benefits the whole of society. In 1999, Yiu Heng Hong Trading Development Co., Ltd and Toyota Tsusho Corporation jointly invested in establishing a major high-end stainless steel domestic product manufacturing base. This large foreign-invested enterprise, Xinhui Rixing Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd, in Xinhui, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of over 200,000 square metres, handles research and development, manufacturing and merchandising of stainless steel products and accessories under one roof. Its 13 large factories take up a total construction area of over 60,000 square metres, with investment totalling US$20 million. With an annual production capacity of 1,200 40-foot TEUs, it is one of the largest production enterprises of high-end stainless steel products in Asia, and its sales network reaches all corners of the world. It owns house-brand sales companies as well as agency partners in Europe, North America, Eastern Europe and China. Xinhui Rixing is also a pioneer and successful model for container production, using 430, 436 and JYH21CT materials throughout the world, living up to its mission to join with customers in conserving energy and reducing consumption. It owns the registered trademarks Ji Su and Homichef, as well as numerous registered product patents. It has received both ISO9001:2000 quality control system certification and American NSF certification. It is also the first enterprise to adopt international standards to control production and quality in the Chinese stainless steel processing industry. With government recognition as “Guangdong Top Brand” and “China Top Brand”, Xinhui Rixing can truly let consumers “buy and use its products with total peace of mind”.
